Meraj á Trois Refund Policy: Thank you for shopping at Meraj á Trois For a full refund your order MUST be sent back the following day after you’ve received your package & the tracking number must be emailed to me as well after that day its exchange only for the following 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you’ve received your order you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• To complete your return, we require proof of tracking the same day it’s been shipped
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or any sizing concerns. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at merajatrois@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Policy: All orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are processed and dispatched the same day! Our Standard Delivery Time Is 1-3 business days. Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. doesn’t apply to overnight shipping**
